That build above doesn't seem to have logs anymore, so I don't know what happened.  It builds now.

Now that I think about it, this was probably related to the vendored github.com/containerd/btrfs library and gcc 8.

The fixed version of github.com/containerd/btrfs was vendored into containerd 1.0.3 so it's no longer an issue.
