Your package perl-Test-LeakTrace failed to build from source in current F28. https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=24858378 For details on mass rebuild see https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_28_Mass_Rebuild
perl-Test-LeakTrace-0.16-5.fc28 was built on 20th February, well before the bodhi activation point, and is included in Rawhide but somehow not in f28. Any ideas on why that is? https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=1047048 $ koji latest-pkg f28 perl-Test-LeakTrace Build Tag Built by ---------------------------------------- -------------------- ---------------- perl-Test-LeakTrace-0.16-1.fc27 f28 pghmcfc $ koji latest-pkg f29 perl-Test-LeakTrace Build Tag Built by ---------------------------------------- -------------------- ---------------- perl-Test-LeakTrace-0.16-5.fc28 f29 pghmcfc

It has fc28 dist tag because at that time fedora-release package that brings the %dist macro had version 28-0.2. It seems you built perl-Test-LeakTrace from master when the koji had already updated rawhide to f29 but before fedora-release package was upgraded to define dist as fc29.
OK, so I expect koji won't allow me to build perl-Test-LeakTrace-0.16-5.fc28 in the f28 branch as there's already a build perl-Test-LeakTrace-0.16-5.fc28 in f29, I guess I need to bump and rebuild for both?
I believe so.
