One of the most common question is "why my newly installed extension is not available in phpinfo"

After a new extension installation the service need to be restarted

Lot of people are now used to restart httpd, but as FPM is now used by default, this doesn't work, FPM need to be restarted

Solution: use a file trigger to restart php-fpm when needed
