This release of libguestfs contains a new method of importing virtual machines. Using the Red Hat Virtualization API it allows you to perform a direct import into the data domain without using an export domain as an intermediate step for data storage.

update libguestfs with oVirt upload API output plugin "-o rhv-upload" to use for virt-v2v conversions.

thi sis not currently used in oVirt/RHV v2v integration. Just regression testing is enough
