Description of problem: To make full support for CFME-4.6 in OCP-3.9, we need the following changes in installer: "openshift_management_install_beta"[1] should be removed for CFME-4.6 is GA and it's fully supported. "openshift_management_app_template"[2] var declaration should be switched to the first one which is commented out. Actual results: Please include the entire output from the last TASK line through the end of output if an error is generated Expected results: Additional info: Please attach logs from ansible-playbook with the -vvv flag

Will verify this bug once openshift-ansible-3.9.15-1 rpm package is available
Verify this bug with openshift-ansible-3.9.19-1.git.0.34f4090.el7.noarch openshift_management_install_beta is no longer needed for cfme deployment and the default app_template is cfme-template for ocp now.
