The Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) implementation in the Linux kernel mishandles a mutex within libsas. This allows local users to cause a denial of service (deadlock) by triggering certain error-handling code.

The Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) implementation in the Linux kernel mishandles a mutex within libsas, which allows local users to cause a denial of service (deadlock) by triggering certain error-handling code.
