Description Martin Sivák 2018-03-19 15:24:44 UTC
Created attachment 1409905 [details]
Screenshot

Description of problem:

couple of UI issues:

- The list of discovered iSCSI targets is too narrow (see screenshot)
- You need to click on the target's radio button to trigger LUN retrieval
- Executing the discovery again does clear discovery errors, but does not clear "Retrieval of iSCSI LUNs failed." messages
- The dialog scrolls down and I do not see the errors when looking at the discovery results (there is one just above the Storage settings title)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

cockpit-ovirt-dashboard-0.11.999-0.0.master.20180319.git1abc0f0.el7.centos.noarch

How reproducible:

Always in my Chrome using full screen and 1280x1024

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select iSCSI
2. Run discovery
3. Run LUN retrieval and make it fail somehow (bad credentials?)
4. Rerun discovery

Actual results:

The LUN retrieval error stays on.

Tested with cockpit-ovirt-dashboard-0.11.17-1.el7ev.noarch, also met this issue.

Comment 2 Yihui Zhao 2018-04-13 02:32:55 UTC
Tested with cockpit-ovirt-0.11.21-0.1,

Test steps:
1. Select iSCSI
2. Run discovery
3. Run LUN retrieval and make it fail somehow (bad credentials?)
4. Rerun discovery

Actual results:
Retrieve the target list and the lun successfully.

It works fine for me, moving to verified.
