Previously, when the redhat-access-insights cron job was enabled on the system, the corresponding insights-client systemd timer was started but not enabled after an upgrade. With this update, the systemd timer is also enabled to ensure an upgrade or a migration works correctly. As a result, the described problem no longer occurs.
