Fedora 26 has bleach 1.5. According to the CHANGES file[0], this problem was introduced in bleach 2.1. IMO that means we don't need to upgrade Fedora 26 for this, especially since going to 2.1.3 would be a backwards-incompatible change. Thoughts? On the other hand, Fedora 27 is affected by this, though there is an update out for it: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2018-e38f759144
Hi Randy! Fedora 27 is on python-bleach version 2.1.3 which is the version in which this issue was fixed. Regarding Fedora 26, indeed this was introduced in version 2.1 but backwards incompatibility is beyond my knowledge since I'm not involve in the package development
Fedora 27 is *almost* on 2.1.3, but it's not been stabilized yet, so stable Fedora 27 is still at 2.1. I will change this ticket to be associated with Fedora 27 since Fedora 26 is not affected and 27 is. Technically Fedora 28 is also affected, though Fedora 28 users have updates-testing enabled by default so for practical purposes it is fixed there. I will also associate those updates with this BZ. Igor submitted the updates so I will also assign this BZ to him for credit :)
