Description of problem:

Not able to use SSLOpenSSLConfCmd with httpd24-httpd-2.4.27 as httpd24-mod_ssl-2.4.27-8.el7 is build against OpenSSL 1.0.1e and and at least OpenSSL version 1.0.2 is required  for SSLOpenSSLConfCmd.
