Description of problem:
Version 4.2 of the kstart package contains an important fix W.R.T. the `-K` option. EPEL7 has this version but EPEL6 is still on 4.1. It should just be a case of bumping the version and rebuilding.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use kstart with the `-K` option and have an initial authentication error

Actual results:
kstart errors out and fails

Expected results:
kstart should retry authentication (which is what happens in version 4.2)

I'm not sure what happened with https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=831925 . Maybe I forgot to add it to Bodhi?

We can certainly rebuild the latest Fedora packages for EL6 and EL7.
