1. rpm -qf /opt/rh/rh-varnish5/root/usr/share/licenses

Actual results:
file /opt/rh/rh-varnish5/root/usr/share/licenses is not owned by any package

Expected results:
owned by some package from rh-varnish5 collection, probably rh-varnish5-runtime
