Description of problem:
spacewalk-manage-snapshots accepts negative number for "--delete-older-than" and "--batch-size" parameter

Steps to Reproduce:
1. spacewalk-manage-snapshots --delete-older-than=-10 --batch-size=-3


Actual results:
# spacewalk-manage-snapshots --delete-older-than=-10 --batch-size=-3
Deleting snapshots older than -10 days
           0 snapshots currently
           0 snapshots to be deleted, -3 per commit
           0 snapshots remain


Expected results:
IMO should complain right from the start.


Additional info:
Feel free to resolve this only as CLOSED(UPSTREAM).
