SRPM URL: https://carlwgeorge.fedorapeople.org/python3-configobj-5.0.6-1.el7.centos.src.rpm

Description:
ConfigObj is a simple but powerful configuration file reader and writer: an ini
file round tripper. Its main feature is that it is very easy to use, with a
straightforward programmers interface and a simple syntax for config files.

This is an EPEL only package. A separate spec file is necessary because python-configobj already exists in RHEL.
