Tested on 3.7.46

The project with vnid = 15695446 will set the pkt_mark as the correct value in openflow rules.

 cookie=0x0, duration=1130.221s, table=100, n_packets=15, n_bytes=1024, priority=100,ip,reg0=0xef7e56 actions=set_field:b2:4d:ce:0c:b3:74->eth_dst,set_field:0xef7e56->pkt_mark,goto_table:101
