Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.9.2.0.20180320210136_355c506


How reproducible:100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Configuration (user drop-down)
2. Click on Schedule
3. Add new schedule

Actual results: Add button is grayed out, can not add schedule.


Expected results: It should be add schedule.
