Description of problem:
When I create new disk for VM, HTTP 404 error returned. But disk is created and appears after reload in VMs detail. Error in engine.log.

ovirt-web-ui-1.3.7-2.el7ev.noarch in ovirt-engine-4.2.2.4-0.1.el7.noarch

How reproducible: always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to VM detail
2. click on edit icon next to Disks
3. click on New
4. try to create disk

Actual results: disk created, but error appears and dialog is not closed


Expected results: dialog closed, disk created without error
