This change merged to the downstream OSP 10 repo, and since packages have been built since then it should be available in something recent.

According to our records, this should be resolved by openstack-neutron-9.4.1-19.el7ost.  This build is available now.

Hi Alex
I don't think that this bug requires doc text. 

I think its better to verify that with the person that set the 'Doc Text' field
