Description Jason Dillaman 2018-03-30 13:51:26 UTC
Description of problem:
tcmu-runner currently waits for all outstanding IO to complete before waking the kernel. This instead should support an upper bound on how long to wait before waking the kernel.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.3.0
