Description Tony Breeds 2018-04-01 07:17:47 UTC
Description of problem: The ComputeAlt role was introduced upstream and in RHOS-12 to enable ppc64le baremetal installs. In http://pkgs.devel.redhat.com/cgit/rpms/openstack-tripleo-heat-templates/commit/?h=rhos-13.0-rhel-7&id=b1403d7ecfa4123af3c4cc70266d8a269eaee777 this role was converted to use docker instead. This is blocking initial testing of RHOS-13 in a heterogeneous environment.

Reverting that portion of the patch allows baremetal services to install correctly.

The simple fix is to just remove the ComputeAlt hunk from 0002-DOWNSTREAM-ONLY-Default-supported-services-to-docker.patch

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): openstack-tripleo-heat-templates-8.0.0-0.20180122224017.el7ost but the patch merged earlier
