Description of problem:

Current certificate expires on 3-31-18. When a new certificate is activated it and a satellite-sync -l works without error. However after the  satellite-sync is run the  /etc/sysconfig/rhn/rhn-entitlement-cert.xml reverts back to the previous expired certificate file.

Satellite 5.6 on RHEL 5 registered using RHSM
