Description tserlin 2018-04-04 16:04:06 EDT
The downstream Ubuntu build of RHCS 2 and 3 will fail because of now-invalid pip option "--use-wheel".

Here is a log of an upstream example: https://jenkins.ceph.com/job/ceph-dev-new-build/ARCH=x86_64,AVAILABLE_ARCH=x86_64,AVAILABLE_DIST=xenial,DIST=xenial,MACHINE_SIZE=huge/10625//consoleFull

Fix is here: https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/21159

Has been backported into luminous and jewel.
