Ldap Default Group

Description of problem:
While configuring LDAP authentication, the fields "Base DN", "Bind DN" and "Bind Password" are only displayed when the check box "Get User GRoups from LDAP" is checked. But these values could be required for the configuration and are used even if they are not displayed.

Which means that we can't have a default group in the same time as a Bind/Base DN.

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to the authentication configuration page 
2. try to fill in the field "Base DN" => not displayed
3. check the box "Get User Groups ..."
4. you can fill in the field
5. try to fill in also the field "Default Group" => not diplayed
6. uncheck the box

Actual results:
the fields "Base DN"... is only displayed when the box is checked
the field "Default Group" is only displayed when the box is unchecked

Expected results:
the fields "Base DN"... is only displayed when the box is checked
the field "Default Group" is only displayed when the box is unchecked
