Description of problem:
Improve the resolution of hostnames given a physical infrastructure provider via an IP.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new Lenovo provider via IP address
2. Wait a refresh cycle ( approx 30 secs.)
3. View provider details to see host name resolved

Please assess the impact of this issue and update the severity accordingly.  Please refer to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/page.cgi?id=fields.html#bug_severity for a reminder on each severity's definition.

If it's something like a tracker bug where it doesn't matter, please set the severity to Low.

The intent of this feature was changed due to inconsistencies in the way that IP addresses are being mapped to hostnames.  If the user provides a host name for a Lenovo provider instance that IP address will be used as the hostname and not converted to a DNS registered hostname.  A user may still provided a registered hostname when creating the provider if desired.
