Description of problem:

With the latest OSP-12 puddles using RHEL 7.5 (04.04 and 04.02) we are seeing issues with selinux errors when booting the IPA image during introspection.  These errors prevent introspection from completing.  This was seen on the rhos-dev-ci setup.

The errors include "selinux_set_mapping(): Invalid Argument)" and eventually results in "Failed to start Login Service"

How reproducible:

Occurs every time introspection runs.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. openstack overcloud node introspect --all-manageable
2. view errors in console


Actual results:

selinux errors and introspection fails

introspection passes

I think this is an issue with the IPA images being used on the CI system, closing for now.
