Description of problem:
It is expected that all WebUI Alerts (flash notification) elements should match next template:

Alert text should have short summary in <strong> tag, and some details afterwards with no additional tags.

But instead there's no <strong> tag and entire message is placed inside 2 <span> tags:

Such inconsistency forces us to write our own implementation of alert message for automation instead of reusing existing one in widgetastic_patternfly.
