Description of problem: OpenStack telemetry is going to be updated (mostly getting rid of Ceilometer) which could affect data CloudForms reads from OpenStack.

OpenStack Portfolio Integration DFG should work with M&Ms DFG to ensure that CF integration will not be broken and changes will be compatible with requirements from CloudForms side.
