Description of problem:
Input doesn't work well

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.22.29-2

How reproducible:
always in gtk3-3.22.29-2

Steps to Reproduce:
1. launch gnome-termnial, firefox
2. Switch apps with alt + tab
3. click keys (click a,b,c key, and etc) in gnome-terminal

Actual results:
[empty]

Expected results:
abc

Additional info:
After click ctrl + alt +  f3,4,... and ctrl + f2( gnome),input works well in gnome.
And switching apps with alt + tab, this issue happens, again.
