Description of problem:

When creating a customer role in Red Hat Satellite 6.3 it's possible to add filters where resource type and the corresponding permissions can be defined.

These resource types and the corresponding permissions are not documented in https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_satellite/6.3/html-single/administering_red_hat_satellite/#chap-Red_Hat_Satellite-Administering_Red_Hat_Satellite-Users_and_Roles and depending on the resource type it's sometimes rather difficult to understand what it does and what it can be used for.

It's therefore requested to document all the available resource types in https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_satellite/6.3/html-single/administering_red_hat_satellite/#chap-Red_Hat_Satellite-Administering_Red_Hat_Satellite-Users_and_Roles and also explain what impact the different permissions have.

That way, it will be fairly easy for customers to create custom roles as they don't need to play the try and error game.
