perl-Config-Model-2.120-1.fc29 fails to build in F29 because some tests fail like this:

t/backend_mgr.t ................... ok
Undefined argument in option spec
# Looks like your test exited with 255 before it could output anything.
t/backend_multiple.t .............. 
Dubious, test returned 255 (wstat 65280, 0xff00)
Failed 7/7 subtests 

This is triggered by upgrading Config-Model-Tester from 3.005 to 3.006.

This has been fixed by upstream in 2.121 release with <https://github.com/dod38fr/config-model/commit/34b07e47b75bdde355af1e124132f07fc7feac6c> commit.

perl-Config-Model has been updated to 2.121 then to 2.123 in Rawhide.
