Verified on spacewalk-java-2.5.14-120. Synced Fedora 27 Workstation repo with the debug channel as a child channel. Packages have correct links to -debuginfo and -debugsource packages if available, and description about missing -debug* packages if they are not available. See the attached screenshots.
