We plan on removing the Foreman Docker plugin from Satellite 6.5. We need to warn users of this upcoming change so we should document this.

The release note should state something to the effect of:

"with the release of Satellite 6.4 we are marking the Formean Docker plugin as depcrecated in anticipation of its removal in a future release of Satellite 6. This plugin is found in the user interface under Containers -> All/New Container set of pages"
