ovs dpdk bonding test env pic

Description of problem:

Test env please refer the attach picture

ovs dpdk bonding active-backup throughput test find that throughput speed is very small and lose packets when use trex with Mellanox CX-4 100G nic do the test.

How reproducible:
always 


Steps to Reproduce:
Thress host 
one host as trex traffic generator with the mellanox nic 100G
one host as the DUT host with two nics (mellanox 100G)
last host as the DUT host with one nics (mellanox 100G)

1. prepare trex make env , start trex server
2. dut host create ovs bridge with dpdk bonding two nics 
3. last host create ovs bridge with dpdk bonding two nics and one vhostuer 
dut host and last host are connected directly 
env please refer the attach pic

when make through test find lose packets and the throughput are very small.


Actual results:
lose packets and throughput performance are so small.


Expected results:
no lose packets. make a normal performance with the nic's standard.
