There's a pending build for Fedora 28: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=1071259 https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2018-bd45ceb7da and a Final criterion: "Release identification ...the appropriately versioned generic-release package must be available in the release repository." I think we actually need this update to satisfy that criterion (the current f28-tagged build is versioned generic-release-28-0.3.fc28), so proposing. Note this is proposed as a 0-day blocker, as generic-release is not on any media, it only needs to be pushed prior to the repos being finalized, not prior to the RC being built.
generic-release-28-1.fc28 has been submitted as an update to Fedora 28. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2018-bd45ceb7da

actually I was wrong about being 0-day, the criterion requires the build to be in the *release* repository, meaning it has to be in the compose. The 'release' repository is produced by the compose and then doesn't change after. Marking as AcceptedBlocker.
generic-release-28-1.fc28 has been pushed to the Fedora 28 stable repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
