Description of problem:
Service Dialog for VMware vCloud's vApp Template provisioning is rather huge and should be split in multiple tabs to make it more user-friendly.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Services -> Catalogs -> Service Items --> pick one of VMware vCloud
2. 


Actual results:
Service Dialog that opens is very long, a lot of scrooling

Expected results:
Service Dialog should contain e.g. three tabs:
- one with basic information
- one with vApp network customizations
- one with VM customization
