Description of problem:
Nuage has many event types (thousands) e.g. "subnet_create", "subnet_delete" etc. Problem is that event type currently contains no nuage-specific substring which could cause problems when displaying event timelines, which are not per-provider.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add Nuage privder with eventing enabled
2. Observe event types generated
3.

Actual results:
Event types are like:
- subnet_create
- subnet_delete
- gateway_create
- alarm_create

Expected results:
- nuage_subnet_create
- nuage_subnet_delete
- nuage_gateway_create
- nuage_alarm_create
