The patch is fine, however this is probably unnecessary for OSP-11 since pxe_ilo is currently broken in OSP-11 due to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1547034 and unlikely to be fixed before the 5/19/2018 EOL of OSP-11.

So also closing this as WONTFIX.
