Description of problem:
When you import the VMs using CSV, sometimes those could result in empty tooltip. See the screenGIF attached.

How reproducible:
Believe 100% 

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start Create Migration Plan Wizard
2.Import CSV with valid VM names, but invalid IDs
3.

Actual results:
See ScreenGIF

Expected results:
Tooltip should provide useful info

Sudhir, I could not reproduce this, we can close this. Also, ID is not a required field anymore.
