Description of problem:
When information about user (name, email) is changed by admin, it takes time (about 10 seconds) before the information is changed for the user.

How reproducible:
90%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in as admin.
2. Go to user administration in Tendrl (Users in upper menu).
3. Create new user with normal role.
4. Change email of the user with normal role.
5. Log out.
6. Log in as normal user.
7. Open `My Settings` in upper menu.


Actual results:
If steps 4-7 were done quickly, the user will still see the old email that was specified during the user creation.

Expected results:
User should see current data related to his/her account.
