This is already available as a subpackage of golang-bitbucket-kardianos-osext.

Additionally, according to an upstream developer, nothing should use this code anymore since "osext.Executable()" can (and should) now be replaced by "os.Executable()" from the go standard library as of go 1.8, which is available on all currently supported fedora releases.

It was used only in example code and pre1-8 Golang code in golang-github-kardianos-service so I actually don't need it I guess. Thanks.
