Description of problem: Not able to login with newly added user credentials

master

How reproducible: 100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Configuration/Configure
2. Go to Access Control accordion, Add a new User
3. Now try to login with newly user created in step 2

Actual results:
Getting "Incorrect username or password" flash error in UI


Expected results:
Should be able to successfully login into UI using new user credentials.


Additional info:
It appears that absence of current_group for newly created user is causing the issue. When i updated user record in question manually and provided current_group_id for the user, i was successfully able to login into UI.

VERIFIED in 5.10.0.3. I was able to create a new user under a default group and login as that user in the OPS UI and SSUI
