Description of problem:
In GNS3, ubridge can't be used as a non root user.
The capabilities are not right :
/usr/bin/ubridge = cap_net_admin,cap_net_raw+p
To solve the problem i changed the capabilities to :
# setcap cap_net_admin,cap_net_raw+ep /usr/bin/ubridge
ubridge-0.9.14-2.fc28 has been submitted as an update to Fedora 28. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2018-0a1ed9a2a0
Should be fixed in ubridge-0.9.14-2.fc28
