As per Tendrl Dev Engineering recommendation I downgraded Ansible from 2.5.x to 2.4.x to overcome the issue. But the issue still persists. See attachment in Comment 3.
Latest tendrl packages work with latest ansible from rhel-7-server-ansible-2-rpms channel. The issue was using the older version ansible. Closing this issue
