Description of problem: The URL pointing towards the release notes has been moved to a subdirectory, and so the existing link on bash script now 404s. Run the upgrade script with a valid upgrade path (eg. 27 -> 28) 2. Browse to the release-notes URL printed in stdout Actual results: Release notes URL produces a 404.
