Description of problem:
I'm running F28  (gnome-3.28) with nemo as filemanager. But nothing will happen if I try to rename some desktop file by selecting it with the right mouse key and trying the rename the file: the filename can't be modified.

nemo-3.8.2-1.fc28.x86_64

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click some file on the dektop by the right mouse key
2.Say "rename" in the popup dialog
3.

Actual results:
The filename will not be highlighted for modification

Expected results:
I can modify the filename
