Taoufik07,

RHEL High Availability does not currently support the jboss resource agent from the upstream resource agents package.  If you would like this added, let us know and we can take a look and see what we would need to do to include it.  I also believe that jboss provides some clustering capabilities that may work for you.  Please let us know.
