Description of problem:

After a ceph-fuse/kernel client is evicted, any unmount operation on the client will hang because the client is not completing shutdown while blacklisted.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. evict a client
2. attempt to unmount the client

Actual results:

The unmount operation will hang or not complete.

Expected results:

The unmount operation will not hang and the client exits gracefully.
