Brick status tooltip

Description of problem:
The status of brick when the brick is DOWN is 8 but in tooltip is written `10 = Stopped`.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Import cluster with volume to WA.
2. Stop some bricks.
3. Open At-a-glance|Host|Volume dashboard.

Actual results:
Bricks that are down have status 8. In tooltip is written:

The Brick Status panel displays the status code of each brick for a given volume.
1 = Started
10 = Stopped
```

Expected results:
Bricks that are down and values in tooltip should match.

Status for bricks that are UP also differs. In table is `0` next to bricks that are UP but in tooltip is written `1 = Started`.
