PM direction - Not back porting due to product strategy of keeping errata releases small.

There is no way these tools can impact any part of the product.  They are self contained and sit in the vmdb/tools/miqssh directory.  These changes are necessary for proper functioning of the tool.

No specific testing performed by QE, but automation and manual testing performs as expected on the builds including this update.
