Description of problem:
Gimlet does not update the alert icon after app is closed or switched focus

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
12.2-0.4

How reproducible:
everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1. LANG=ko_KR.UTF-8 gedit
2. LANG=ja_JP.UTF-8 gucharmap
3. Ctrl-space on gedit
4. Alt-tab to gucharmap
or
4. Close gedit
  
Actual results:
- it still in activiated icon with "Ko" sign.

Expected results:
- it should change to deactiviated icon at least 
- change to TC

AFAIK this is still not fixed in the current iiimf.
